The CBP-WW4B CalBench is a package for testing and calibrating electrical, pressure, and temperature instrumentation. The selection of modules and accompanying products provide users with a flexible and high performance workstation. It can be operated manually or utilised for software driven calibration.
The 8060+ module situates centrally in the console, providing source, simulation and measurement of process signals, HART communication and 24 V loop power. It features an integral multimeter, and a PC control centre with 12.1” touch screen display. EasyCal software is pre-loaded and communicates with pressure modules and the benchtop multifunction calibrator (5025E-S2) for automated calibration and test management. The 5025E-S2 connects to the control centre, and provides a solution for calibrating engineer test tools like multimeters and clamp meters.
For pressure calibration, two high accuracy digital gauge modules feature for vacuum to 7 bar, and 20 bar. These modules are used with the supplied pneumatic benchtop pump. Further modules include fixed and variable DC and AC power supplies, and control centre operated scope and function generator modules. Storage is provided by an under bench drawer unit, perfo panel hooks, shelf and parts bins. Calibration accessories include a pressure adaptors kit, clamp meter and tacho meter calibration adaptors.

Electrical Calibration
The package includes electrical sourcing functionality with the 5025E multifunction calibrator, and modules for measurement applications. It provides users with automated calibration capabilities to cover a wide range of electrical and electronic equipment including:
- Multimeters, analogue meters, clamp meters, data loggers
- Calibrators, decade boxes, conductance meters, tachometers
- Power meters, watt meters, power supplies
Pressure Calibration
The CBP-WW4B features two main pressure modules for calibration work. These provide precision measurement for vacuum to 7 bar (100 psi) and 0 to 20 bar (300 psi). Both are used with the supplied pneumatic calibration pump. Calibrate pressure instrumentation such as:
- Analogue and digital gauges, indicators, manometers
- Calibrators, sensors, transducers, transmitters
- Switches, valves, controllers, chart recorders
Temperature Calibration
The CBP-WW4B features the 8060 process calibrator that has RTD and thermocouple simulation and measurement. It can be used manually or via EasyCal software to automate calibration of transmitters and other devices.
Dry block calibrators are optional extras, for temperature sourcing on the benchtop. When supplied each unit is EasyCal software compatible for temperature control and readback.
EasyCal Calibration Software
The CBP-WW4B comes with EasyCal software on the 8060 control centre. This enables software driven testing procedures and provides increased speed of calibration and consistency of results.
Produce traceable calibration certificates and test reports for quality standards with additional uncertainty information for ISO 17025 conformance.
